The premium ColorCut FB775 digital die flatbed cutter is our mid range model. Incorporating a B2+ cutting table for large format sheet cutting, a QR code job retrieval and registration scanning system, which opens the associated cut file, and ensures your packaging, POS or labelling job is cut with outstanding speed and accuracy by the advanced, high-speed, servo motors that enable consistent and productive cutting. The enhanced dual-tool cutting head delivers up to 1,500gf pressure for creasing and 1,200gf for cutting – and cuts through paper/card up to 1,000micron, opening up new possibilities with its ground breaking design.

With the second largest cutting table in the range, the FB775 handles sheets up to B2+ (520mm x 720mm), with a maximum effective contour cutting area of up to 480 x 715mm, ideal for cutting larger B2 sheets from inkjet or printing press applications.
The FB775 incorporates an enhanced dual tool cutting head delivering up to 1,500gf pressure for creasing and 1,200gf pressure for cutting, which opens up new possibilities through its ground breaking design. Users also benefit from the very latest in advanced high-speed servo motors for accurate, fast and productive cutting. The flatbed cutter also comes with the upgraded registration system, making it great for multiple sheet cutting; the Vision3 CCD camera will auto find the position of each sheet. Its powerful 750w fan delivers maximum sheet suction ensuring 2 x SRA3 sheets can be comfortably placed next to each other.

SOFTWARE - ColorCut Pro Production Studio

ColorCut Pro is a stand-alone application with a plugin, that can be installed on remote computers anywhere within the workflow environment, to perform contour cutting of paper card and synthetics. Intec supplies this with all ColorCut models to offer a complete turnkey solution.

For creatives the application plug in enables artworkers to generate QR coded cut files with associated job numbers, as an integral part of their design, for instant job recognition and file retrieval.

For print finishers the ColorCut Job Library enables users to retrieve previously prepared cut files into their workflow, without the need to launch Adobe® Illustrator® or CorelDRAW®. This is typically used in a production environment, remote from the design studio.
